FRAGRENTIS / BUSINESS GUIDES
Plan a practical first order with a real purchasing example, a manageable product selection and a clear view of your costs. Use this guide to prepare, then ask Fragrentis about current product options and pricing for your first or next order.
You can purchase one bottle before considering a larger order. Fragrentis supplies independent inspired fragrances, with US warehouse fulfillment for US orders.

01 / Customer example
A real customer example with two documented orders
Fragrentis’s order list shows these two completed orders associated with the same customer:
| Date shown in the order list | Items shown | Purchase amount |
|---|---|---|
| Sep 21, 2026 | 11 | $323 |
| Sep 30, 2026 | 21 | $635 |
| These two orders combined | 32 | $958 |
These figures summarize two purchases from Fragrentis, not the customer’s retail revenue or net profit. They do not show that all stock sold, and they are not presented as a complete purchase history. Dates and item counts follow the order list.
In messages, the customer described making sales, preparing labeled samples and using a digital business card, and reported previous sales experience. The experience also included slower sales, remaining inventory and product or packaging issues that needed follow-up.
The useful lesson is to connect each order to a decision: which customers you want to serve, what stock you can manage and what you need to learn before reordering.
02 / Your first order
Choose your customers and a manageable first order
Start with one sales channel, such as an existing shop, local customers or your own online audience. Next, write down the scent profiles, bottle sizes and price ranges those customers ask about. However, keep expressions of interest separate from confirmed purchases.
Give each product a reason to be in your first order. For example, compare fresh, floral, woody and warm scent profiles. Alternatively, select products that match specific customer requests. Until you know what customers prefer, avoid buying several similar items.
Keep a selection sheet with each product’s name, size, purchase cost, proposed selling price and quantity. Then review the current product details and availability in the Fragrentis collection.

Ordering and volume discounts
You can purchase a single bottle before placing a larger order.
Buy 5 or more items and receive 50% off each item automatically. Mix different products and fragrances to reach the minimum. All products qualify, including gift sets, with no maximum quantity.
Each individual bottle counts as one item. Each gift set counts as one item, regardless of the number of bottles inside. For example, four individual bottles plus one gift set count as five items.
For example, a $40 item costs $20 when your order qualifies.
Additional savings for 50+ items
Send our team the product names or links and the quantity of each item. Then we will confirm the additional discount for your selection and provide a coupon to enter at checkout. This additional discount applies after the automatic 50% discount.
Review the current wholesale ordering terms.
Describe the product accurately
Fragrentis supplies independent inspired fragrances. These are not original designer-brand perfumes. Therefore, use clear descriptions and actual product photos in your listings. Do not imply designer authorization or identical performance. Confirm packaging, size and current availability before offering an item to a customer.

03 / Costs and pricing
Build your cost sheet before setting a retail price
Start with the current product quote and add the costs of completing a sale. Advertising, payment fees, packaging, delivery, returns and damaged stock can change the amount you retain. Therefore, use your own numbers. A customer’s purchase history cannot establish your selling price or profit.
| What to record | Use these inputs |
|---|---|
| Proposed selling price | A price you can reasonably test with your own customers |
| Product and acquisition costs | Current product quote and any applicable costs of getting saleable stock to you |
| Costs of completing the sale | Packaging, payment fees and delivery to your buyer |
| Advertising or customer acquisition | An explicit estimate, updated using actual spending and completed sales |
| Returns and damage | A stated allowance, revised as you collect your own records |
| Amount remaining per sale | Selling price less the applicable variable costs above, before fixed overhead and taxes |
Keep fixed expenses and cash tied up in unsold inventory in a separate cash plan. Sales tax collected for a tax authority is not money to retain as sales income. If you use an order-level acquisition cost, allocate it consistently rather than charging the same order’s cost to every item.
Next, test a lower selling price as well as your intended price. For example, check whether a discount, an extra delivery charge or a return would use up the amount you expected to retain. Adjust the assortment or purchasing limit before buying more stock.
04 / Inventory and cash
Keep inventory and cash under control
Set a purchasing limit that leaves room for selling expenses and unexpected problems. Then track opening stock, arrivals, sales, testers, damaged items and remaining saleable units. Customer reservations should be recorded separately from completed sales.
Review the records weekly. In particular, note which products receive repeat purchases and which remain on the shelf. However, one busy day does not establish a steady sales rate. Base reorders on demand, usable inventory and available cash.
Keep your own product pages current, with accurate sizes, prices, availability, photographs and shipping information. If you sell online, test the mobile checkout and confirmation messages before sending your customers there.
05 / Delivery and support
Check delivery and support before ordering
Fragrentis uses US warehouse fulfillment and delivers throughout the United States. Orders usually require approximately 24 hours of processing before dispatch. Processing time is separate from transit time. Read the current shipping policy and returns policy, and confirm any timing that matters to your customers.
After delivery, inspect the items promptly. Keep the order details and clear records of any problem. Ask about unclear terms before paying. A historical arrangement for another customer does not automatically establish the same replacement, refund, gift or discount for a new order.
06 / First-month plan
Use a simple first-month plan
- Week 1 — Define the order: identify your first customers, shortlist products and request current prices and terms.
- Week 2 — Prepare to sell: complete your cost sheet and product information; inspect any products you have received.
- Week 3 — Check the experience: review your sales channel, payment and delivery process, and prepare answers to common questions.
- Week 4 — Review the evidence: compare actual inquiries, completed sales, spending and remaining stock before deciding what to reorder.
Treat this as a sequence of tasks, not a sales target or a delivery promise. Your purchasing and selling schedule will depend on your own preparation and confirmed order terms.
